What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit card, Cash, or Check

what are your rates?

Our minimum in-shop diagnostic and service charge is $70. This fee is applied toward the final repair cost and is not an additional charge. Most in-shop repairs average approximately $140, depending on the nature of the problem and any parts that may be required.

Onsite home service is $150, which includes the first hour of service.

Business and office support is billed at $180 per hour.

Because every computer problem is different, we are happy to discuss your specific issue and provide an estimate whenever possible before work begins.

Can you upgrade my computer to the most recent operating system IE: windows 10 to 11?

Yes we do this all the time. Turn-around time is usually only one day.
